PhD (2011), Carnegie Fellow (2006-07), Fellow of the Swedish Institute (2003-04), have also held fellowships in Russia (Moscow, Saint-Petersburg), Austria (Vienna), Hungary (Budapest), Switzerland (Fribourg), Estonia (Tallinn), Latvia (Riga, Daugavpils), Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas), Ukraine (Lviv, Kiev, Vyshkiv, Foros), Turkey (Istanbul, Eskishehir) and others for the past 11 years. Deputy Coordinator of The Center for Advanced Studies and Education (CASE) (2007–2012) with more than 6 years of related experience in planning, directing, monitoring, reporting and controlling the implementation of innovative, international fellowship programs. I have extensively worked with international organizations and academic institutions where I assigned, reviewed, and supervised the work of others. I speak five and read six foreign languages. Deputy Director of MA program “Comparative history of the Northern-Western Europe” (2007-09): collaborative project of EHU and SIDA, Sweden. As a frequent guest at the Sodertorn University College, BEEGS, Stockholm, Sweden, I spent 11 years in Western Europe. Associate Professor of European Humanities University (2002–2012). Since 2002, I have been a Conference Organizer and Participant (in cooperation with EHU, CASE and worldwide universities, research centers and independent scholars) of 10 international conferences, 20 international workshops and 8 methodological seminars. Author (1998-Present) of more than 30 scientific and educational works, including one book “Cultural identity in the context of Borderland: modeling of Belarusian media landscape (FM radio case studies)”, published in Vilnius (Lithuania) in 2008 with the financial support of Carnegie Corporation of New York. I am a member of the Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies, and other organizations. I have an editorial experience of the Journal Perekrestki (Crossroads) and its English language Digest since 2007.
